Greetings! Winter time is a time of reflection and lately I have been reflecting on how fortunate I am to have chosen a career which allowed me to be surrounded by beautiful art and to be in relationship with so many wonderful people. I am particularly grateful to know so many interesting and talented artists and friendly and enthusiastic collectors. Thank you all for your friendship and for taking a few moments to enjoy some beautiful glass art! |
"It is good to love many things, for therein lies the true strength, and whosoever loves much performs much, and can accomplish much, and what is done in love is well done." – Vincent Van Gogh

Dinosaur This piece from Lino Tagliapietra’s signature "Dinosaur" series is tall, elegant and superb in its form. I feel uplifted when I behold this masterpiece by the Maestro. |

Embrace This beautiful piece by Christopher Ries is at the same time simple in form and extremely complex. The inner illusions created by the shape of this sculpture change from moment to moment as we view it from different angles. |
Amulet Even though William Morris has been retired now for many years, there are still many fine works available by one of the greatest glass artists of all time. This small piece is just one of these works. To see more available pieces please visit this page. |

Sunstruck This is a particularly beautiful cube by North Carolina artist Jon Kuhn. It is larger and more complex than many of Kuhn’s works and is 100% clear. Thanks to the reflective and refractive qualities of glass, what we seem to see is countless and ever changing colors radiating from the core of the piece. Awesome! |
Arctic Tide I love this piece by Asheville based artist Alex Bernstein. Everything about this work-the lovely colors, the form, the ice-like cutting on the sides-is pleasing to my eye. |
